  • Analytics & Usage Data: We use Umami Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Website. Umami is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). It only tracks aggregated, anonymized usage metrics.

  • Infrastructure Logs: Our Website is hosted on Cloudflare, which automatically collects standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) solely for security, DDoS protection, and performance routing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to:

  • Evaluate your application and assess if our services are a fit for your product.

  • Communicate with you regarding your application, onboarding, and project status.

  • Process payments and issue invoices.

  • Deliver the UX design and strategy services via our project management tools.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following essential third-party infrastructure providers to operate our business:

  • Supabase (Database): Your form submissions are saved securely in our Supabase database. We have intentionally selected Supabase servers located within the European Union (EU) to ensure strict data privacy standards.

  • Trello (Service Delivery): If your application is accepted, your email address and those of your designated team members are used to grant access to a private Trello board.

  • Cloudflare (Hosting/Security): Routes web traffic and protects the Website.

  • Payment Processors: Invoicing and payment data are processed securely via [Payoneer / your South African Bank].

5. International Data Transfers

We operate from South Africa. By applying for our services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in South Africa and stored in the European Union (via Supabase). We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.

6. Data Retention

We retain your application data only for as long as necessary to evaluate your submission or manage your active subscription. If your application is declined, we will delete your submitted personal data within [e.g., 30 days]. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our business relationship and for applicable legal/tax retention periods thereafter.
